How the questionnaire on this site works
The questionnaire on the Contact page does not transmit data to this site and does not store it on any server. Your answers stay in your device’s browser and serve only to compose an email message that opens in your own email application. Processing by FL System S.r.l. begins only when you decide to send that message, or when you contact us by email, certified email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
Data processed and purposes
We process the data you voluntarily provide in your message: name and surname, company name, email address, telephone number, location, preferred contact channel and the technical or organisational information you describe to explain your requirement. There is a single purpose: to read the enquiry, reply to you and consider together a possible professional relationship.
Please do not include in your message any passwords, access credentials, special category data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR, or confidential data relating to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For the subsequent management of business relationships and the retention of correspondence, the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in following up the enquiries received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Nature of the provision of data
Providing your data is optional, but the fields marked as required in the questionnaire are essential in order to reply to you. Without them we cannot follow up the enquiry.
Recipients
Data is processed by the controller’s authorised personnel. It may also be processed, as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, by the providers of the technical services we rely on: the hosting and email provider and, if you choose to write to us on those channels, the messaging service operators. Data is neither disclosed publicly nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the EU
The servers used for the website and email are located in the European Union. If you contact FL System via WhatsApp or Telegram, the processing carried out by those services is governed by their own privacy notices, which may involve transfers to third countries.
Retention period
Data is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes stated, applying the storage limitation principle laid down in Art. 5(1)(e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, according to the following criteria.
Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship: 24 months from the last meaningful contact. No statutory period applies to this case: the term is set by the controller as a reasonable window within which an enquiry may turn into an engagement. After that, the data is deleted.
Correspondence and documentation relating to contractual relationships: 10 years. This term is laid down by Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, which requires accounting records, invoices and business correspondence sent and received to be kept for ten years, and matches the ordinary limitation period for contractual rights set by Art. 2946 of the Italian Civil Code.
Documentation relevant for tax purposes: until the assessment deadlines laid down by Art. 43 of Presidential Decree 600/1973 expire, in any case absorbed by the ten-year term above.
Technical server logs: 6 months, for service security and diagnostics.
Once these terms expire the data is deleted or permanently anonymised, unless further retention is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, and then only for as long as is strictly required.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Requests should be sent to flsystem@fabriziolongosistemi.it or by certified email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses no profiling cookies, no third-party analytics and loads no resources from external servers: fonts, images, stylesheets and scripts are all hosted on the same domain. The server records the usual technical access logs (IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type), which are necessary for the security and operation of the service and are kept for 6 months.
Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

This notice may be updated. The version published on this page is the one in force, with the date it was last updated.
